• Device information and crash logs – collected automatically for app stability (via Firebase)

• To create and manage your TruckDunia account
• To process FASTag recharge transactions securely
• To provide customer support
• To improve the App's performance and fix issues
• To send transaction receipts and important account notifications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• CCAvenue / HDFC Bank – to process payment transactions
• Firebase (Google LLC) – for authentication, database, and crash reporting
• National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) – for FASTag recharge processing

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at info@truckduniya.co.in.

TruckDunia is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
