How quickly will my FASTag arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, your NHAI-certified tag ships within 48 hours. In many locations our team delivers and activates it right at your loading point or doorstep.
What documents do I need for FASTag KYC?
Any one government-issued ID — Aadhaar, PAN, RC book, Driving Licence, or GST certificate for fleet owners. Upload both sides; verification is fully digital and takes under two minutes.
My tag isn't beeping at the toll — what do I do?
First, check your wallet balance in the app. If it's fine, make sure the tag is mounted correctly inside the windshield. If it still fails, call our 24×7 helpline and we'll send a replacement to your next stop.
Can I get GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Every toll and transaction is GST-tagged, and consolidated invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of each month. Download from the app or have them emailed to your accounts team.
How do I recharge my FASTag wallet?
Through UPI, net banking, or credit/debit card. You can also turn on auto top-up, so your wallet refills automatically when it drops below a limit you set.
