Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TruckDuniya website (truckduniya.co.in) and the TruckDuniya mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by CJ Darcl Logistics Limited ("TruckDuniya", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

2. Services Offered

TruckDuniya offers the following services, some of which are live and others are being progressively rolled out:

• FASTag – NHAI-certified electronic toll collection issued in partnership with authorised issuer banks and NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection).
• GPS Tracking, Fuel Card, Find Loads, Insurance, Finance – Additional services delivered directly by TruckDuniya or through authorised, regulated partners. Availability may vary by region.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use most services, you must register an account and complete identity and vehicle verification (KYC) by providing accurate information and supporting documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, RC, Driving Licence, GST certificate). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and PINs confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts where KYC cannot be completed or where information appears false, incomplete or fraudulent.

4. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Fees, charges and security deposits applicable to each service are displayed on the relevant page or screen before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with the rules of the respective product (for example, FASTag refunds follow NPCI/NETC procedures). Refund timelines depend on the issuing bank or payment partner and can typically take 5–14 working days after approval.

5. FASTag-Specific Terms

• FASTag is issued in partnership with authorised issuer banks. The issuer bank's terms also apply in addition to these Terms.
• You are responsible for mounting the FASTag correctly on the windshield of the registered vehicle. A tag mounted on the wrong vehicle, removed and reused, or tampered with may be blacklisted.
• You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient wallet balance. Insufficient balance may lead to a "low-balance" or blacklisted status at toll plazas, for which TruckDuniya is not liable.
• Toll deductions are made directly by NETC/NPCI based on plaza readings; disputes are resolved through the NETC dispute mechanism with TruckDuniya assisting on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• Misuse, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform or its security features;
• Submit false KYC documents, impersonate any person, or transact for someone else without authorisation;
• Use the Platform to send spam, phishing messages or any unsolicited communication.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services on the Platform are delivered by third parties, including issuer banks, payment gateways, insurance underwriters, lenders, and toll authorities. Their terms and policies also apply, and TruckDuniya is not liable for service interruptions or actions attributable to such third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The TruckDuniya name, logo, marks, designs, software, content and trade dress are owned by CJ Darcl Logistics Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TruckDuniya, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, freight income, business opportunity or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you to TruckDuniya for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckDuniya and CJ Darcl Logistics Limited against any losses, damages or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the Platform — with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or otherwise put the Platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@truckduniya.co.in, subject to applicable retention obligations.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email/SMS where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any binding arbitration or consumer-protection provisions, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
